I have been training with Doug Slabach off and on for several years now, and truly believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around!! I started training twice a week prior to having children and postpartum. He even trained me during my second pregnancy up until I was almost 8 months! - Jessie BI wish I could give ten stars to my personal trainer, Doug Slabach who works at Mitch's Gym. If I worked with him years ago, I'd avoided all those trips to the chiropractor. Doug's knowledge about the body and movement frames his creative approach to exercise. Each session offers new exercises keeping it fresh and challenging. His precision in utilizing a series of weight bearing exercises and resistance combined with his laser-like attention ensures that his client works at their edge without injury. Training with Doug was a really smart move. The massage with the deep muscle stimulator at the end of the session isn't bad either.
